(Two Day Course)
Providing school staff with the understanding and resources to work positively and confidently with students with complex needs, challenging behaviour and barriers to their learning.

With Half-Day Follow Up Support Sessions Covering:

- Sensory Diets, Sensory Play and Engagement within the Curriculum
- Behaviour Management Training
- Personalised Daily Timetables and Establishing Routines for Independence

Who is the course aimed at?
The course is designed to meet the needs of Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCos), class leads and other support staff working with students with complex needs. Best practice would include joint attendance with SLT, SENCo and TA and.or Class Teacher and TA to develop shared understanding and maximise planning opportunities.
